❓ Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Moreh → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Moreh → Cancel. Your Pro access continues through the end of the paid period.
I was charged but don't have Pro access.
Go to the Me tab and pull down to refresh. If it still shows Free, email us at trevor@moreh.app with your account email and we'll fix it immediately.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Moreh → Me tab → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your notes, highlights, chat history, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Theo isn't responding / the app won't load.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, check your internet connection — Theo requires an active connection. If it's still not working, email us and we'll look into it right away.
My notes aren't syncing across devices.
Make sure you're signed into the same account on both devices. Pull down to refresh on the Notes tab. If notes are still missing, email us and include your account email.
