Moreh is operated by Well Applications LLC ("Company," "we," "us").

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moreh. By using the app, you represent that you are 13 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has consented to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at trevor@moreh.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Responses from Theo are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors, omissions, or theological inaccuracies. They are provided for educational and devotional purposes only and do not constitute professional pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, legal advice, medical advice, or psychological guidance.
We make no warranty that Theo's responses are theologically accurate, complete, or suited to your specific circumstances. You should always exercise your own judgment and consult qualified human pastors, counselors, or advisors for matters of significant personal, spiritual, or emotional importance.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue Theo or any AI feature at any time without notice.
Bible translations available in the app are provided under license from their respective copyright holders. Copyright notices and license terms for individual translations are available upon request. You may not copy, redistribute, or use Bible translation text from the app in ways that exceed the permissions granted by the applicable copyright holder.
You retain ownership of notes and highlights you create in Moreh. By using the app, you grant Well Applications LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, sync, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your notes or use them to train AI models.
If you connect with study partners, your non-private notes may be visible to them and may be referenced by Theo when your partner interacts with Theo. Mark notes as private if you do not wish to share them.
The Moreh app, its design, branding, original content, and software are the property of Well Applications LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
You may stop using Moreh and delete your account at any time from the Me tab. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13.
THE MOREH APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WELL APPLICATIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT FROM THEO, LOSS OF DATA, OR SUBSCRIPTION BILLING ISSUES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10.00 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Well Applications LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Moreh shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at trevor@moreh.app and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Moreh after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service before the effective date.
